BACKGROUND

Established in 1984, Ess Aar Universal Pvt. Limited specialises in manufacturing of complete range of Electrical Control Panels and Steel fabricated components. Equipped with sophisticated fabrication machines and SEVEN TANK PROCESS for pretreatment, the unit is situated in Panki Industrial Area, Kanpur.

The Electrical Panels so manufactured by ESS AAR find applications in almost every type of industry. The Company enjoys a rare distinction of being an OEM of Siemens Limited, GEC Alsthom India Limited and Asea Brown Boveri Limited.

The unit had been set up with the genuine intentions of supplying quality Panels at affordable prices within the required delivery schedule of customers. There are those big giants who can give quality but then the prices are unaffordable and deliveries too long to wait for. Then there are those small fabricators who offer competitive prices but without any commitment to quality and delivery. At ESS AAR, the philosophy is to supply quality products at affordable prices within delivery requirements of customers.

The Company counts among its clients prestigious organisations such as LOHIA GROUP, TELCO, CEAT, RAYMONDS, PHILIPS, BSES, ICI, TOYO ENGINEERING, BHEL, HINDALCO, HINDUSTAN LEVER LIMITED, FLOUR MILLS, CEMENT PLANTS and various other reputed industries.

ACTIVITIES 

ESS AAR is engaged in design and manufacturing of complete range of LT Electrical Panels and Bus Duct for application in Chemical, Textile, Cement, Engineering and other core industries. Entire manufacturing operations of the company take place under one roof in a factory constructed over a plot of 42000 sq. ft.

At ESS AAR people have been the Key to the success of the company and today around 69 dedicated people in various capacities are looking after all the affairs of the company.

INFRASTRUCTURE

ESS AAR has a factory covered area of 30000 sq. ft. and the factory is constructed over a plot area of 42000 sq. ft. Double storyed office block has a carpet area of 2000 sq. ft. The company has another plot of 42500 sq. ft. adjacent to the existing one to take care of future expansion plans.

The company has a division at Sahibabad engaged in manufacturing of PU Soles for Shoe Industry.

FUTURE PLANS

The company has acquired a 5060 sq. meter plot in Tronica City - an industrial area close to New Delhi. It is intended to set up a project for manufacturing of some electrical products for industrial/domestic applications preferably under some foreign collaboration. Efforts are on to identify a product and locate a suitable collaborator.
